Qarn or Qarn al-Manazil is a town currently known as al-Sayl al-Kabeer, and it is located along Wadi Qarn on the road between Makkah and Taif, passing through the Al- Yamaniyah palm grove. It is located 58 km northeast of Makkah and 40 km north of Taif. Qarn al-Manazil is the Miqat for the people of Najd and those passing through it.
