Description
A Prophetic well from the waters of which the Messenger of Allah, blessings and peace be upon him, performed ablution and drank. It is reported that the Messenger of Allah requested that his body be washed with water from this well after his passing. Ghars Well is one of the historical sites linked to the biography of the Prophet Muhammed (peace be upon him).
